Cabling We provide a cabling service for telephone, network and camera cables, running on a selection of technologies. CAT5 / CAT5e The most common cabling in modern buildings, CAT5 can be used for networking, telephony and more recently, even security cameras. We operate on a simple per outlet pricing structure, with up to 5 terminations per outlet (ie. 3 Network, 1 phone, 1 camera) For some "noisy" environments, we recommend the use of resilient cabling like shielded cable. If you are experiencing network slowdowns and disconnects in a warehouse or near a source of electrostatic noise, we can help reduce the effects with a section of shielded cable or optical fibre. We can help install gigabit ethernet products to dramatically increase your network speed and response time, most of the time without changing your current cables. Wireless Over longer distances, or where cabling is not an option, we can help with wireless hotspots for offices and bridging to join separate buildings. Security is also built in, using the latest WPA2 wireless encryption standards. Switching and Routing At the heart of an efficient network is its switches and routers. As well as new installations, we can inspect and recommend changes and "tweaks" to your existing hardware to increase performance and stability.
